Expectations with your Timber Rock Doodle puppy...

Are you prepared for the necessary training of a puppy? This required a great deal of time, effort & patience. If your household does not allow the necessary time, please reconsider timing of getting a puppy. We highly recommend the Baxter & Bella Program (we provide details) and have Unit One completed by all household members prior to bringing home your puppy.*

We do not recommend changing their diet, if you do it must be done slowly and would not do so prior to one year of age. We will help you get set up with puppy kibble & supplements prior to bringing your puppy home. If you are bringing home a puppy that is 8+ weeks old, you will need to place your order & having tracking information prior to your puppy leaving.*

Important Information PLEASE READ!

Our website provides information about our program. We have FAQ's on our page as well. Please be sure to review our process PRIOR to placing a deposit on a puppy. We do our Puppy Pick via photos, we do not have visitors prior to Puppy Pick Up. We are happy to discuss our process with you in greater detail. Do you understand your puppy deposit of $500 is non-refundable? This is our policy, no exceptions. If you decide to cancel your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your reservation your deposit is also non-transferable to another person/family. Our families are screened at the time of application/deposit and approved by Timber Rock Doodles. We only take applications/deposits directly from those screened by our program, not through a cancelled reservation. Our Forever Home Contract prohibits resale of our puppies/dogs from the owner our puppy is sold to. Puppy/dog must be returned to Timber Rock Doodles should the Forever Home Contract owner not be able to keep them. PLEASE REVIEW THIS POLICY PRIOR TO CONTINUING YOUR RESERVATION.*

Do you understand when you make your Reservation, the current pricing will be held for your future puppy for 12 months with your paid deposit. After 12 months you remain on our Reservation List but if any updated puppy pricing will apply.*

Do you understand our puppies are sold with a strict Spay/Neuter policy? We do not offer breeding rights on our dogs. Not adhering to this requirement results in significant fines and other damages. NO EXCEPTIONS.*

Please think your decision to get a puppy through with all members of your household. Puppies are living creatures and are a long-term commitment, not a product with a store return policy. If for some reason you cannot keep your puppy, do you understand the puppy must be returned to Timber Rock Doodles regardless of the reason? You will not receive a refund for your puppy unless there is a Health Warranty Issue. Do you fully understand this policy? (More detail in our Forever Home Contract) Timber Rock Doodles handles accessing and rehoming of puppies when necessary.*

Please take the decision to take on a new puppy seriously, they need time to adjust to your home, need a lot of attention and training, to be loved unconditionally, and understand they come with expenses such as vet care, grooming, etc. If you find the need to give up or rehome your puppy, you must return the dog to Timber Rock Doodles LLC, please do not give your puppy away to a shelter, rescue or unknown person. We will take on the responsibility of finding your dog a quality/fit home if needed. Please think through this decision with all members of your household. We will provide you with a Timber Rock Doodles LLC contract to review, accept and sign upon completion and approval of this application.
