Our Forever Home Contract requires a spay or neuter of your puppy by 12 months of age. If this will be delayed beyond 12 months we must notified in writing when procedure is scheduled. We do not provide breeding rights on puppies. Our contract clearly states the details of this requirement. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Once your puppy has had their spay/neuter procedure, please fill out the following form and attach receipt/medical record from your veterinarian.
